Juli 2013 traten sie beim Folk am Neckar Festival in Mosbach-Neckarelz auf. Ebenfalls 2013 veröffentlichten sie das Album "Live At 10" ([[Compact Disc|CD]]+[[DVD]]) mit dem Konzert zu Ehren des 10-jährigen bestehens der Band. Bei dem Konzert spielte Beoga Titel ihrer vier [[Studioalbum|Studioalben]]. Beoga (gälisch für lebhaft)[1] ist eine nordirische Folkband aus dem County Antrim.

Bandgeschichte

Die Band wurde im Jahr 2002 gegründet. 2004 veröffentlichten sie ihr Debütalbum "Lovely Madness". Im Jahr 2005 kam Niamh Dunne (Fidel, Gesang) zu Beoga. 2007 veröffentlichte die Band ihr zweites Album "Mischief" über Compass Records, 2009 folgte das dritte Album "The Incident". Das Album war auf der Shortlist für einen Grammy in der Kategorie "Bestes zeitgenössisches Weltmusikalbum" (Best Contemporary World Music Album).[2] Danach traten sie in 13 Ländern auf und wurden vom U.S. House of Representatives Certificate of Congressional Recognition ausgezeichnet.[3]
